At TRAVELCO, we care about the experience of every single guest and family member that uses our services, and our sole purpose, as always, is your health and safety. All our services have been upgraded to serve the distances and help you feel comfortable and safe.
In light of the impact and changes caused by the novel COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we want to ensure and reassure you that we are focused round-the-clock on the health and safety of all our guests and employees, without compromising the high standards and quality of your experience, that you have come to know, love and expect in your every stay with us.
Considering the rapidly evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, TRAVELCO is taking standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously, as well as additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests and staff members.
TRAVELCO has set-up procedures to follow the guidelines of the https://eody.gov.gr/en/covid-19/ and local health authorities. We are adopting all the published standard recommendations and following the authority’s regulations to reduce exposure to and transmission of a range of illnesses, which include hand and respiratory hygiene, and safe food, practices. All our teams and staff members are adhering to the latest guidance and hygiene protocols, we assure you that they are well trained to handle situations that may occur at any of our vehicles and partner companies and we have confidence in their abilities. We also ensure that all drivers are made aware of these additional procedures to help protect both them and our valuable customers. More specifically all new measures taking place as below:
- All areas that a guest may touch with their hands are cleaned more regularly
- An anti-viral cleaning fluid is used, and instructions are followed
- An alcohol-based hand sanitizing gel is available for guests’ use as they enter or leave
the vehicle (guests and the driver should be encouraged to use this where
provided) - A record of each time the vehicle is cleaned is kept
- Improved air circulation processes to increase air quality
- Make express customer count process available for passengers to minimize contact
