The kind of information we collect and the way we use it
At Travelco, we need some personal details so as we can process your booking. This will include the name of the person making the booking, his address, his telephone number, his email address, and his credit card number along with the expiry date. We also need to verify your flight details, your destination as well as your accommodation details. One of the reasons we need this information is to ensure your taxi will be waiting for the correct flight and be able to drive you to your hotel. What’s more, your address details are needed for the processing of your credit card transaction as proof of authentication, helping prevent any potential fraudulent activity. Both your telephone and email address are required in order to send your booking voucher and contact you in the unlikely event of any changes prior to departure.
Travelco’s special offer service
Travelco has many trade partners who give us access to their offers and promotions, allowing you to become one of the first to be notified of any great travel bargains. All you have to do is register on the website to give us prior authorisation to email you these offers and can of course opt out by unsubscribing any time you wish.

Reviews and marketing emails
Travelco allows all customers to review the service provided via email. Additionally, Travelco sends at least one weekly marketing email, promoting offers, competitions etc. Customers can unsubscribe any time they wish by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all email communications. This does not apply though to our automated pre-departure and post-departure emails.
